Ingredients

  • 4 small boneless, skinless Halenda's chicken breast
  • 2 cups frozen stir-fry vegetables
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 1/4 cup Asian Sesame Dressing
  • 2 Tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 chopped peanuts

Directions

  1. Heat large nonstick sklillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken: cover with lid and cook 5-7 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked (170F).
  3. Remove chicken and keep warm
  4. Add veggiesto pan and cover.  Cook 4 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  5. Stir in water, dressing and hoisin sauce.  Return chicken to skillet.  Cook and stire 1 min. or until chicken is coated and heated through.
  6. Serve with chopped peanuts on top.
