Ingredients

  • 4 tsp. Cajun seasoning

  • 1   Halenda's beef bone-in rib steak (1-1/2 lb.), 1 inch thick

  • 1/3 cup A.1. Original Steak Sauce

Directions

  1. Sprinkle Cajun seasoning evenly onto both sides of steak; rub into steak.

  2. Place in nonmetal dish. Add steak sauce; turn steak over to evenly coat both sides. Cover; refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.

  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Drain steak; discard marinade. Grill steak 5 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160°F).
