Ingredients

  • 1 lb butter (Room temperature)
    1 teaspoon chopped garlic
    1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well
  2. Cover and refrigerate
  3. Season Strip Steak with Kosher Salt and Black Pepper Grill steak to your perfection
  4. After steak is Cooked, place 3 tablespoons Compound Butter on top of steak and serve.
