Directions
- Press pepper into meat with fingers.
- Heat butter in frying pan just large enough to hold pork, over medium-high heat.
- Brown pork on all sides and reduce heat to low.
- Pour brandy over pork. Stir in remaining ingredients; mix well.
- Cover and cook for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Remove pork and cut into 1/2 slices.
- Pour sauce over top.
