Ingredients

  • 4 - 3/4 inch thick deli sliced, Halenda's Kobassa Loaf

Sauce

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup dry White Wine (optional)
  • 3/4 cup Chicken Stock
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard

Directions

  1. Kobassa Loaf - Heat slices in the oven at 350F for 10 minutes

Sauce:

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in sauce pan
  2. Add onions and cook until softened about 1 min.
  3. Add wine, stock, cream and mustard
  4. Stir and simmer until sauce thickens ( approx 4 min.)
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Pour over meatloaf
