Directions
- Kobassa Loaf - Heat slices in the oven at 350F for 10 minutes
Sauce:
- Heat olive oil and butter in sauce pan
- Add onions and cook until softened about 1 min.
- Add wine, stock, cream and mustard
- Stir and simmer until sauce thickens ( approx 4 min.)
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour over meatloaf
