Ingredients

  • 2 Pork Tenderloins
  • 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 3 Tbsp Dijon or grainy mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Canola Oil
  • 1 tsp Coarse black pepper

 

Directions

  1. Combine Ingredients and spread mixture over pork on all sides

Oven Cooking:

Preheat oven to 400F.  Place pork tenderloin in a shallow pan, lined with foil.  Roast for about 20-25 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 155-160F with a meat thermometer.

BBQ:

Preheat BBQ on high; reduce heat to medium.  Place pork on a greased grill and cover for about 15 to 20 minutes or until internal temperature registers 155F. Remove to a cutiing board.  Tent loosely with foil.  Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
