Summer Fresh Mexicali Dip

Directions

1. In a large bowl, mix 2 lbs (1 kg) ground beef, diced onion, egg, ½ cup (125 ml) breadcrumbs, and approximately ¾ of Summer Fresh Mexicali dip.

2. Press mixture into a non-stick loaf pan.

3. Bake in 350° F (180° C) oven for 1 hour, or until juices run clear.
