Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Butter or Margarine
  • 1 lb Pork loin chop, Pork Sirloin,  or Pork Tenderloin, cut into small pieces
  • 3 cups Mushrooms raw
  • 1/2 cup regular Sour Cream
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Ketchup
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Chopped parsley for garnish if desired

 

Directions

  1. In a non-stick skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat and cook pork until lightly browned
  2. Slice mushrooms and add to skillet; cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. Drain excess liquid from skillet.
  4. Lower heat to medium and add sour cream,  mustard, ketchup, paprika and salt.
  5. Stir and simmer until mushrooms are tender.  Serve over hot egg noodles.
