Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Grated Cheese
  • 1 egg white beaten
  • 1 tsp garlic salt divided
  • 1-1/4lb potatoes cut into wedges
  • 1 pork tenderloin
  • 2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 1 Tbsp honey

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425F.
  2. Mix cheese, egg white and 3/4 tsp. garlic salt in a large bowl.
  3. Add potatoes and toss to coat.  Spread onto  a large greased baking sheet.
  4. Bake 15 min.  Place meat on the same baking sheet (with potatoes) and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 tsp garlic salt.
  5. Bake 20 min.  Combine dressing and honey: brush onto meat.
  6. Continue baking 10-15 min. or until meat is cooked (160F) and potaotes are tender, brushing occasionally with any remaining dressing-mixture.
