Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
  • 3 cups frozen stir-fry veggies, thawed and drained
  • 3/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
  • 1 lb Halenda's boneless chicken breast cut into thin strips
  • 1 can pineapple chunks in juice drained (398ml)
  • 1/4 cup peanuts
  • 2 cups hot cooked rice (try long-grain brown)

Directions

  1. Heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add veggies and hot sauce and stir-fry for 1 minute
  3. Add chicken and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  4. Stir in pineapple and peanuts and cook for 5 minutes, or until heated through, stiring occasionally.
  5. Serve over rice.
