Ingredients
  

  • 1 Halenda's Mini Ham (sliced into 1/2” rounds)
  • 4-5 Pineapple slices 

 Maple Cranberry Glaze

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 Whole cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsp Pineapple juice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F.
  • On a vertical skewer stack the ham and pineapple slices (or lay them on a baking dish in an alternating pattern).
  • Bake for 45 mins or until the ham reaches temp of 165°F.
  • While the ham bakes make the Maple Cranberry Glaze by mixing the maple syrup, cranberry sauce and pineapple juice.
  • Kick up the oven temp to 350°F and brush the ham with the glaze a couple of times until golden and crispy.
  • Allow ham to cool for a few mins and enjoy!
