  • 1 English Muffin, split and toasted
  • 2 slices Halenda’s Black Forest Ham
  • 2 Poached Eggs
  • 1/4 cup prepared Hollandaise sauce
  • 2 strips Halenda’s Smoked Bacon, cooked


  1. Top each english muffin half with a slice of ham, an egg and half the Hollandaise sauce.
  2. Serve with crispy bacon
