Sweet Soy Pork Ribs
Ingredients
- 2 racks Halenda's Pork Ribs
Marinade
- 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp ground ginger
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all marinade ingredients and stir until sugar dissolves.
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs if needed.
- Coat ribs with half the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Wrap ribs in foil, place on a baking sheet, and bake for 1½ to 2 hours until tender.
- Unwrap ribs, brush with remaining marinade, and broil until the glaze caramelizes.
- Slice, serve, and enjoy! They’re amazing with white rice and a fresh cucumber salad.
