ABOUT ONTARIO’S FINEST BUTCHER COMPETITION
Ontario’s Finest Butcher competitors began by showcasing their technical knowledge and knife skills in an Elimination Round on Monday, September 13 at Halenda’s Mississauga. The top four then proceed to the Final Round on September 28, 2021, at Storehouse 408, Cambridge.
The finalists will participate in a 30-minute live-streamed competition to show off their charming and creative selves, thinking quickly on their feet, and adding value to an undisclosed protein. The winner will be announced LIVE following the competition. The final round will be live-streamed on Ontario Meats and Poultry’s Facebook Page.
